Government offices and public units
Offices use power during office hours: Exactly when the sun shines
Government offices use power mostly from morning to afternoon, with weekends off. Under the revised Power Development Plan VIII (Decision 768/QĐ-TTg of 15 April 2025), the 2030 target is for 50% of office buildings to use self-consumption rooftop solar. Directive 10/CT-TTg of 30 March 2026 pushes this further.

Typical daily load profile
Suggested configuration
Package A: Rooftop panels, grid-tied inverter, EMS metering, sized to office-hour load. Add a small battery if priority loads (servers, one-stop service desk) need backup.
Keep in mind
Investment at public agencies follows capital plans and procurement rules. TTK provides surveys and technical files and installs according to the contractor selection result.
Three benefits
Matches working hours
Most panel output is used immediately during office hours.
Metered data for reporting
The EMS records energy by hour and by month for energy-efficiency reporting.
Clear technical file
Survey record, load profile, capacity and expected yield for the agency’s proposal under the rules.
Questions
Where does TTK help an agency?
